Wallie Morris
BOARD VICE PRESIDENT
My daughter, Amelia is an active member of the Steamboat Skating Club. Amelia has a passion for figure skating and I expect her to be in the sport for the long haul. It's likely that Ella will be in the skating club too at some point.
I'm a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy and prenatal/postnatal pelvic floor and orthopedic conditions. I own and operate a small practice in town called Elevated Physical Therapy (www.walliemorrispt.com). In addition I am an active member of a local health care advocacy group called HARC (Health Advocates of Routt County). Prior to becoming a physical therapist, I worked in public relations and marketing for both a non profit and a large talent agency.
I'm interested in supporting the Steamboat Skating Club however I can as I expect my children to continue to be involved with it in the years to come.

Heather Roesink
CO-TREASURER
I am currently employed at Catamount Ranch & Club as the club Controller and am responsible for all financials for the company along with the accounting staff. I am a mother of three daughters, two of them being step daughters who are now 18 and 21 and away at college. My youngest daughter, Olivia, is in the orange group in the skating club and is a second grader at Strawberry Park Elementary. I served as Treasurer and President of my step-daughters’ elementary school PTA in Denver.
Upon moving to Steamboat, I started a Girl Scout troop (Daisy level) and managed to hold meetings through Covid/social distancing times. I’m still the troop leader and we are in our third year as a troop with 17 girls. I believe being on the board of the skating club would give me another opportunity to be involved and continue to contribute to our community in a positive way.
Pati OCONNOR
SECRETARY & VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Pati moved to Steamboat 16 years ago, and she loves outdoor activities including skiing, biking, hiking and family camping. Professionally, she has 23 years of experience in Human Resource Information Systems, with 16 years as a software engineer for a top 5 US construction company.

She has also served on her HOA board for five years. Her passion for figure skating ignited when her daughter Shealyn embarked on her Learn to Skate journey in Kindergarten, and she loves to watch Shealyn and all of the girls in the club grow strong and ever more confident in themselves as figure skaters and performers. Her extensive experience in team-based work, community involvement, and dedication to her daughter's activities make her an ideal candidate for Steamboat Skating Club board member, and she is excited to make a positive impact on the skating club and contribute to its success.
