Guest Seminar

Coach Melia Callahan from the Southern Edge Figure Skating Club is traveling to Steamboat Springs to offer a two-day seminar for our skaters.

Who

Any skaters in the basic 4 level and above are welcome to join us for this seminar.

When

The seminar will be on December 27 and 28, 2024.

Schedule

The seminar will run from 8:00am to 4:00pm both days. Skaters will have four hours of ice time each day with 2-3 hours of specialized off-ice training as well.

Basic 4-6 skaters will have an abbreviated schedule.

Exact seminar schedule will be sent to those that register.

Things to Bring

Skaters will need water bottles, yoga matts, sneakers, and athletic clothing for off-ice classes.

Skaters need gloves and warm athletic clothing (including full-length pants) for the on-ice classes.

Where

All seminar activities will be at the Howelsen Ice Arena.
